At Black Forge Knives, we are committed to providing premium quality knives and accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be processed.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (choose your actual timeframe) provided they are:
    • Unused, unsharpened, and in original condition
    • In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)
  • We cannot accept returns for:
    • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized knives
    • Used, sharpened, or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)
    • Clearance or final sale items

2. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  4. Securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us at the provided address.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times vary by bank/payment provider).
  • Shipping charges (including original delivery costs) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible for the same item (if defective) or a different product of equal value.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

6. International Orders

7. Cancellations
