1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (choose your actual timeframe) provided they are:
- Unused, unsharpened, and in original condition
- In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)
- We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized knives
- Used, sharpened, or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)
- Clearance or final sale items
2. Return Process
